The plaintiff brought this action to recover for injuries to her person and property resulting from a collision at a street intersection between an automobile she was driving and one owned by one of the defendants and being operated by the other, and from a judgment upon a verdict in her favor the defendants have appealed. The only errors assigned relate to the charge of the trial court. In defining the obligation of the plaintiff as regards the burden of proof resting upon her, the trial court charged the jury that “she must prove by the better evidence, by evidence which is more satisfying…
