Before the Court is Defendants’ Amended Motion for Partial Dismissal of Complaint (Doc. 40).1 For the reasons stated herein, Defendants’ Motion will be GRANTED in part and DENIED in part.

Plaintiffs initiated this action on January 6, 2016 claiming that Defendants, in their individual capacities, violated their rights under the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution and the Tennessee Human Rights Act.
