Defendant Lolim seeks to reverse the judgment of the Criminal Court of Harrison County, by which he was convicted of the crime of rape upon a girl under the age of sixteen years, and sentenced to serve fifteen years in the penitentiary. The judgment was the result of'a second trial of the accused, the jury in the first prosecution having failed to arrive at a verdict.
