MEMORANDUM OPINION

This Chapter 11 case is before the court for consideration of interim applications for compensation for professional services rendered and for accompanying reimbursement of necessary expenses, filed by three law firms and a consulting firm, pursuant to the provisions of 11 U.S.C. §§ 330 and 331 and Fed.R.Bankr.Pro. 2016.
