OPINION

PORTLEY, Judge.

¶ 1 Randall and Virginia Paulsen (“the Paulsens”) challenge the jury’s verdict awarding damages to Strawberry Water Company (“Strawberry”) for conversion of water and utility tampering. Their appeal challenges a host of issues, but focuses on the trial court’s determination that Strawberry had standing to sue; a determination that water can be converted; the failure to give the comparative fault jury instruction; and the trial court’s decision to treble the jury damage award pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes (“A.R.S.”) section 40-493 (2001).
