MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

IntROduction

This matter is before the Court on Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. No. 32), Plaintiffs Opposition (Doc. No. 36) and Defendant’s Reply (Doc. No. 38).

Plaintiff Fred Muir filed this lawsuit against his former employer, Defendant Chrysler LLC (Chrysler), alleging violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. § 2000e), and Ohio Revised Code § 4112.99.
