This was an action to contest a will, and from an adverse judgment plaintiffs appeal.

Esther Anderson, the deceased testatrix, was the youngest of ten children, one of whom had predeceased her. The plaintiffs were her five oldest brothers, and the defendants were her two youngest *274brothers and a sister. The father, who died in 1913, owned about 3,000 acres of land in the vicinity of his home place.
