This is an appeal from a judgment admitting a will to probate.
On May 19, 1941, there was filed in the probate court of Pawnee county a petition of Nettleton M. Springer Schnack, for the probate of the will of Charles Schnack, who died May 1, 1941. The will need not be noticed in full. By its terms the testator devised and bequeathed “to my wife, Nettleton M.
