This is an action in the nature of a will contest, and the questions for determination concern the validity of the last will and testament of John E. Sehippel, dated July 10, 1939, and the validity of a document dated February 21, 1941, as an antenuptial contract and codicil to the will. The proponent of both instruments is one Jennerson, the principal beneficiary under the will, while the contestant is the surviving widow of the testator.
