This was an action by the plaintiff-appellee against the defendant-appellant on a contract for the purchase of a photography studio from the appellant, with a covenant that the appellant would not compete with the studio sold appellee in Grant County, Indiana, nor permit the use of the name of “Lawrence-Krehe Studio” by any other person, persons, association, corporation or partnership in Grant County, Indiana.
