Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (LaCava, J.), rendered March 2, 1992, convicting him of murder in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The defendant contends that certain allegedly improper comments made by the prosecutor during summation deprived him of a fair trial.
