By appropriate proceedings in. the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, Cecelia Kincaid was appointed trustee for Mattie Miles, an incompetent, to investigate and report on certain claims of fraud raised by the next of kin. Thereafter, she filed a petition to set aside two deeds made by Mattie Miles to Joseph A. Miles and Christine D. Miles, on the grounds of mental incompetency, fraud and undue influence. In a previous appeal, (Jenifer v. Kincaid, 191 Md. 120, 59 A. 2d 765) we affirmed an order overruling demurrers to this petition. The present appeal is from a decree of the chancellor,…
