This is an appeal by plaintiffs, in a suit to set aside a deed, from a decree dismissing the bill except for an accounting for rentals collected. All the questions presented depend upon questions of fact. Seventeen witnesses testified, one by deposition in Florida, the other sixteen in open court. Much of the testimony is conflicting; most of the witnesses were interested or, as the lower court found, showed definite bias. Judge Charles C.
