Decision of this appeal will turn upon the question whether appellee Hupp Corporation 1 converted merchandise shipped and invoiced by it to appellant Major Appliance Company, Inc., 2 but delivered to a warehouse company occupying space in Major’s place of business, when Hupp retained only a Tien on said merchandise to secure money owed to it by Major.
