MEMORANDUM ON § 523(a)(5) ALIMONY ESTOPPEL ISSUE

The Plaintiff, Jolane Kelley, commenced this adversary proceeding with the filing of a Complaint on October 17, 1997. By her Complaint, the Plaintiff seeks a determination that a monthly obligation in the amount of $1,539.00 owed by the Debtor, Williem R. Kelley, to the Plaintiff pursuant to a September 8, 1992 Agreed Order entered by the Chancery Court for Knox County, Tennessee, is nondischargeable under the authority of 11 U.S.C.A. § 523(a)(5) or (a)(15) (West 1993 & Supp.1997).
