Appeal by defendant from (1) a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered November 8, 1972, convicting *720him of criminal possession of a dangerous drug in the fifth degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence, and (2) an order of the same court dated September 22, 1972, which denied his motion to suppress evidence, without a hearing. Judgment and order affirmed.
