EVERETT, Chief Judge:

A general court-martial consisting of military judge alone convicted appellant of assault with intent to commit murder, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934, and thereupon sentenced her to a dishonorable discharge, confinement at hard labor for 4 years, total forfeitures, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade.
