OPINION OF THE COURT

WERNER, Judge:

Contrary to his pleas, appellant was' convicted of two specifications each of wrongful sale, transfer and possession of marijuana, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934. A court composed of members sentenced him to a dishonorable discharge, confinement at hard labor for ten years, total forfeitures and reduction to the grade of Private E-l. The convening authority re*739duced the period of confinement to six years but otherwise approved the sentence as adjudged.
