Civil actiox, tried before Graves, Judge, and a jury, at Spring Term, 1885, of the Superior Court of Halifax county. The action, commenced against P. E. Blankenship, is to recover possession of a lot in the town of Weldon, in his occupation, which formerly belonged to N. M. Long, who conveyed it to Annie T., wife of Lawrence F. Larkin, and the two last named, on December 1st, 1880, made a deed therefor to the plaintiff.
