CRAWFORD, Judge:

Appellant was convicted, contrary to his pleas, of attempted rape (2 specifications), rape, robbery, sodomy by force, burglary (3 specifications), communicating a threat (4 specifications), assault and battery, and attempted robbery, in violation of Articles 80, 120, 122, 125, 129, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 880, 920, 922, 925, 929, and 934, respectively.
