Plaintiff Shelly Albert appeals from the judgment in favor of defendant Mid-Century Insurance Company after the trial court granted defendant’s motion for summary judgment, and denied plaintiff’s cross-motion for summary adjudication. Plaintiff sued defendant for breach of the insurance policy and insurance bad faith after defendant denied her tender of the defense of a lawsuit brought by nonparty Henri Baccouche.
