PRAY, District Judge.

The complaint in above cause was filed therein pursuant to the Declaratory Judgment Act, 28 U.S.C.A. 400. In the beginning Brady Irrigation Company, a corporation, was plaintiff, and Winston Brothers Company, a corporation, Teton Cooperative Reservoir Company, a corporation, and Bynum Irrigation District, a public corporation, were defendants. C. K. Malone alleges ownership of ten of the bonds of the Bynum Irrigation District in his complaint in intervention, and James A. Ackroyd and five other persons allege that they are the owners and holders of nine hundred twenty…
