OPINION ON APPELLANT’S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

McCORMICK, Judge.

The Eastland Court of Appeals affirmed appellant’s conviction for murdering his wife by electrocution. Templin v. State, 677 S.W.2d 541 (Tex.App.—Eastland, 1988). Punishment was assessed at ninety-nine years.
