MEMORANDUM DECISION
WILLIAM R. SAWYER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This Chapter 13 case came before the Court for hearing on March 6, 2002, upon the Debtor’s Motion for Order Requiring Return of Property (Doc. 8), and the Court’s order for the Debtor’s attorney to show cause why sanctions should not be imposed for bad faith filing of Chapter 13 petition and statement of financial affairs. (Doc. 9) Debtor Robert E. Dent appeared in person and by counsel Richard R. Klemm. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Court dismissed this Chapter 13 case with a 180-day injunction against refiling under any chapter…
