Doughton v. Marland Refining Co.

This is an appeal by claimant Florence S. Doughton, widow of Lewis Doughton deceased, late of Kansas City, Missouri, from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Buchanan County affirming an award made by the Workmen's Compensation Commission which denied Mrs. Doughton's claim for compensation for the death of her husband. Doughton died January 18, 1929.
