The Virginia Ferry Corporation, created and organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and hereinafter referred to as the “Corporation,” operates a fleet of ferry steamers, used in transporting passengers and motor vehicles between Little Creek, Princess Anne county, and Kiptopeke Beach, Northampton county, across the entrance of Chesapeake Bay.
