These are two.writs of error to the Supreme Court of Kansas sued out (§ 237, Judicial Code) with the hope and purpose of testing the validity, under the Federal Consti tution, of the act of the Legislature of Kansas creating a Court of Industrial Relations. C. 29, Special Session, Laws of Kansas of 1920.
