D. Humphreys and Son, Incorporated, is ah insurance agency doing business in the city of Norfolk. About 1913, T. G. Broughton wafe elected secretary and treasurer and put in charge of the business of the incorporated agency. He also became a stockholder. A. C. Humphreys is president of the corporation and occupied an adjoining office to that in which the corporation did business.
