This matter is comprised of three consolidated appeals. Defendants-Appellants Wintz Properties, Inc. (“Wintz Properties”); George Wintz (“Wintz”); and Spindrift, Inc. (“Spindrift”) and Julianne Lenertz (“Len-ertz”), appeal from the order of the bankruptcy court granting summary judgment in favor of Charles W. Ries, the Chapter 7 Trustee (“Trustee”) for Debtor Wintz Companies (“Debtor”), in an adversary proceeding which the Trustee commenced to avoid five prepetition conveyances of real property as fraudulent transfers, as well as to recover for breach of contract.
