Plaintiff, Colony Park Associates, signed a contract to purchase forty-four acres of residential development land in Williston, Vermont from John D. Gall and Arthur W. Mason, hereinafter defendants.1 When defendants refused to tender the deed, plaintiff sued for specific performance. The *3trial court ruled in plaintiff’s favor and defendants appealed, claiming that the court abused its discretion in awarding specific performance and committed numerous evidentiary and procedural errors. We affirm.
