ORDER

NORTON, District Judge.

This matter is before the court on plaintiffs motion to remand this case to state court.

Defendant, FD Services, Inc., discharged plaintiff, Sherman Leslie McGraw, allegedly for a conflict of interest. On August 28, 1992, plaintiff filed this action in the court of common pleas in Colleton County, South Carolina.
