This is an appeal from an order of the trial court denying appellants’ petition for a permanent injunction seeking to prevent the issuance of general obligation bonds of the city of Valparaiso for the apquisition of land to be used for off-street parking as provided by Acts 1947, ch. 288, as amended, being §48-8461 et seq., Burns’ 1953 Cum. Supp.
