OPINION

The plaintiff entered into a written contract with the defendants to do certain work and furnish certain material in making alterations in and additions to a dwelling-house in Cincinnati, as shown on the plans and specifications attached to and made a part of the contract. The plaintiffs agreed that all work would be done in a first-class workmanlike manner, and completed within 90 days from September 6th, 1945t— the date of the contract.
