DREW, Judge.
Plaintiff sued to recover the interest or dividends on 75 shares of full-paid stock issued by the defendant to plaintiff. Plaintiff alleged she was the owner of the stock, and, by the terms of the stock certificate, that defendant had agreed to pay her $1 per share per month on each of the 75 shares of stock. She further alleged that the dividends were unpaid for the months of July, August, and September, 1932, and prayed for judgment in the sum of $225.
