INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff, Eustacio Salazar-Martinez (“Plaintiff”), brings this action for declaratory relief and monetary damages on behalf of himself and all other similarly situated employees of Defendant, Fowler Brothers, Inc 1 .(“Fowler”), alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq.
