Movant Mondana Nicksolat has filed a motion to quash an administrative subpoena that the U.S. Department of Transportation, Office of Inspector General (“DOT-OIG”) issued to TD Bank for certain financial records pertaining to Nicksolat. Nicksolat’s motion constitutes a standalone judicial proceeding under the customer-challenge provision of the Right to Financial Privacy Act of 1978 (“RFPA”), 12 U.S.C. §§ 3401-22.
