REINHARDT, Circuit Judge:
Sam D. Matulic injured his left arm while employed by Jones Stevedoring Company in Seattle, Washington. Objecting to the method used to calculate the amount of his permanent partial disability benefits under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensa*1055tion Act (“LHWCA”), 33 U.S.C. § 901-50, he petitions for review of a decision of the Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”). He also seeks review of the ALJ’s denial of a penalty award, interest, and attorney’s fees. We have jurisdiction under 33 U.S.C. § 921(c).
