IsThe plaintiff has appealed a summary judgment granted in favor of the defendants dismissing plaintiffs claims. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
This case has a long and convoluted procedural history. Plaintiff, David Darr, and his former wife, Donna Penney, were the sole shareholders of two corporations, Marine Electronic Solutions, Inc.
