1 ?The plaintiff, Naykea Bell, 1 has appealed the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendant, Louisiana Medical Mutual Insurance Company. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
FACTS
Dr. Samuel Parry performed breast augmentation surgery on the plaintiff on September 27, 2003 and January 13, 2005. On January 11, 2007, plaintiff filed a petition for damages alleging that in June 2005 she discovered that Dr. Parry made errors in these surgeries, requiring her to undergo corrective surgery by another physician.
