The opinion of the Court was delivered by This action involves the construction of a timber contract executed on the one side by Lewis Bethea and his wife, Martha, and on the other side by Powell and Thomas, who are the assignors of the defendant. There also comes in issue the effect of what may be called two extension receipts for money which Lewis made and gave to the defendant.
