Hazard v. Howard

This petition for a writ of habeas corpus was brought by the petitioner, who is presently incarcerated at the Adult Correctional Institutions. He claims that he is being unlawfully deprived of his liberty as an alleged violator of a deferred sentence agreement and accordingly prays for his immediate release.
