State v. Romonto
Nebraska Supreme Court
1Opinion of the Court
Tesar, District Judge.
In a criminal proceeding for having possession of marijuana weighing more than one pound, the defendant moved to suppress the evidence that the state troopers, without a warrant, seized from the automobile defendant was operating. The court overruled his motion, and- after trial, the jury found the defendant guilty as charged. On appeal, defendant’s main thrust is the contention the court erred in its ruling in failing to sustain the motion to suppress the evidence. We affirm the District Court’s decision.
