Elizabeth Newman appeals the district court’s decision to grant summary judgment in favor of American Airlines, Inc. (“American”) on her complaint that American discriminated against her due to her disabilities. Newman’s complaint listed causes of action for: 1) violation of the Air Carrier Access Act of 1986 (“ACAA”), 49 U.S.C. § 41705; 2) negligence; 3) intentional infliction of emotional distress; 4) negligent- infliction of emotional distress; and 5) breach of contract.
