This cause is before the Court on the request of JWP/Hyre Electric Co. of Indiana, Inc. (“Movant”) for immediate payment of administrative expenses. Movant submitted an amended request reducing its original claim. LTV Steel Company, Inc., Debtor and Debtor-in-Possession (“Debtor”) in this Chapter 11 proceeding, filed a response opposing the request. Movant replied to Debtor’s opposition memorandum.
