MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
HENRY J. BOROFF, Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the Court is a “Motion to Approve Final Accounting and Authorize Disbursements” (the “Motion”) filed by Peter M. Stem, the Chapter 7 Trustee in Bankruptcy (the “Trustee”). The Motion seeks approval of the “Trustee’s Final Report and Account Before Distribution, Request for Compensation and Report on Claims/Proposed Distribution” (the “Final Account”).
