This action was commenced by the plaintiff for the recovery from the defendant of the sum of $300,000, with interest thereon at the rate of seven per cent per annum from the twelfth day of January, 1923, and for her costs of suit. The plaintiff’s cause of action is based upon certain written agreements made and entered into between herself and the defendant and which are attached as exhibits to her complaint and are by reference made a part thereof.
