ALVORD, J.

The plaintiffs, Henry W. Pascarella and Riversedge Partners, appeal from the judgment of the trial court dismissing, for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, their complaint seeking a declaratory judgment. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
