MEMORANDUM OPINION
WILLIAM T. BODOH, Chief Judge.
This cause is before the Court on the motion of GP-Fairgrounds Square, L.P. (“Landlord”) for payment of an administrative claim for nonresidential real property taxes for years 2001 and 2002. Phar- Mor, Inc. (“Debtor”) filed a response arguing that Landlord was not entitled to the relief it sought. A hearing was held on this matter on November 20, 2002. Mark A.
