MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
BARBARA J. HOUSER, Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the Court is Three Way Street Management, LLC’s (“Three Way”) Motion for Allowance of PosU-Petition Rent As An Administrativé Expense Under 11 U.S.C. § 503 (the “Motion”). Imperial Beverage Group, LLC (“Imperial”), the debtor in this chapter 11 case, opposes the Motion. The Court has jurisdiction over the parties and the issues raised in the Motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334 and 157(b). This Memorandum Opinion and Order contains the Court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law. Fed. R. Bankr.P. 7052.
