BRAMMER, Presiding Judge.

¶ 1 In this in rem forfeiture action, 'the trial court ordered appellant Remy Segura’s real property forfeited pursuant to A.R.S. §§ 13-2301(D)(4), 13-2314(G), 13-3413, and 13^1301 through 4315. Segura appeals from the trial court’s denial of his motion for new trial, arguing the court abused its discretion by allowing the state to call a witness and to introduce fingerprint evidence, neither of which had been timely disclosed to him before trial.
